Charlotte Craft Beer Week is an annual 10 day event that highlights the diverse beer culture of the Charlotte area. In 2025, the event featured more than 60 breweries and over 100 events across multiple neighborhoods within Charlotte.
As a marketing partner, our goal was twofold: bring local people out to support local breweries, while also positioning the event as a destination for regional tourism.
We developed and promoted initiatives designed to increase participation in a citywide event. This included neighborhood brewery crawls spanning areas like NoDa, SouthEnd, and Plaza Midwood, as well as the promotion of a Craft Beer Passport, a mobile tool that incentivized people to explore and earn rewards from participating locations throughout the week.
Our work focused on highlighting the culture around Charlotte’s craft beer scene and showcased the breweries, neighborhoods and events that make the city unique.
Charlotte Craft Beer Week saw significant growth in terms of visibility and engagement. From 2024 to 2025, impressions doubled to nearly 450,000 and followers of the event across social platforms increased significantly.
