Rutherford County Tourism Board is responsible for tourism to the whole county including their main attractions of Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. We were hired to increase total visitors to the whole county as well as its main attractions. They should be commended on their progressive approach to integrating a long-term plan and openness to testing and trying new things.
We created a strong emotionally based campaign that was disseminated through traditional and digital means. We used PPC, content creation, publications, social media.
We have increased visitors to Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and The Blue Ridge Foothills area in Rutherford County as measured through multiple metrics. The region is growing faster than ever as we continue our 4th year working to achieve tourism growth with them.
